We provide a varied number of single lesson workshops to people of all skill levels, that are taught on our premises at Greensborough, Victoria. Below is the list of all the workshops that we give, along with date and time of the lessons as they become known, and you can book or enquire about workshops on-line.

Celebration Cake    UPDATED

Come and learn the skills of covering a two tiered cake with RTR icing. Students must have some experience with RTR before enrolling in this class. Decorations include hearts and stars on wires, ribbon bows, and the finishing of the cake with a rough textured royal icing; you simply bring along the cakes and ribbon of your choice, along with your tools (workmat, small rolling pin and spatula).

Learn how to make the Crooked Cake. The secrets to covering these tiers, stacking them and making sure they don't fall off! An advanced class, students MUST have experience covering cakes with RTR icing and experience with flower making before attending this class.

Jungle Cake

Advance your buttercream skills with this single session workshop. Learn to make the jungle cake complete with 3D crocodiles, lions, tigers and ducks swimming in a pond. A fun cake for a child's birthday party!

Students must have completed Wilton Course 1 or Beginners Buttercream before enrolling in this class.
