Classes
We provide a varied number of classes to people of all skill levels, that are taught on our
premises at Greensborough, Victoria. Below is the list of all the classes that we teach, along
with date and time of the classes as they become known, and you can book or enquire about classes
on-line.
A note about class fees
Class fees cover the cost of instruction only unless otherwise noted. All cake decorating classes
require equipment specific to the particular medium which you are working in and a requirements list
must be received so that you know what to bring. Homework is also a part of the classes as cakes need to
be prepared before class. We do have a service to prepare cakes for you with 48 hours notice which can
make things easier when life is busy.
Beginners Chocolate UPDATED
The Beginners Chocolate class teaches a variety of skills that are necessary to working with chocolate. Students will learn to do a black forest cake complete with shop quality chocolate curls, a beautiful custard filled fruit flan surrounded by a chocolate collar, a chocolate box with a hand moulded chocolate rose filled with after dinner mints, a mud cake poured with chocolate with a chocolate bow and making a variety of other chocolates.

Christmas Chocolate UPDATED
The Christmas Chocolate class is a celebration of Christmas. Students begin making plum puddings and a chocolate wreath, then comes the rice bubble tree, the white chocolate sleigh and filled chocolates, then the final two weeks are spent constructing a chocolate Christmas village including a small sleigh, reindeer, Christmas tree, and jaffa house.

Further your cake decorating skills with Course 2. Build on the basics learned in Course 1 and learn to use the flower nail, a range of borders, flowers, colour flow (flooding), basketweave, rope, flowers sprays and the grand finale cake.
